Imaginarium 2019 is proud to welcome author, editor, and storyteller Sallyanne Monti as a Spotlighted Guest! Sallyanne’s story is an amazing one, reflected in her great memoir Light at the End of the Tunnel! A writer of non-fiction, short stories, poems, and articles that have appeared in numerous anthologies, magazines, and newspapers, Sallyanne has extensive experience in the creative industries. Her industry work includes a current position as Director of Marketing for the Golden Crown Literary Society, the leading lesbian literary organization. Her previous industry adventures included doing Marketing and PR for Showtime Network’s The L Word and Queer as Folk series! Sallyanne will be a tremendous addition to our panel and workshop programming and attendees are going to love meeting her! Sallyanne Monti is a published author, editor, and storyteller.

Sallyanne is a member of the Golden Crown Literary Society (GCLS), Lesbian Authors Guild, Nonfiction Authors Association, Rainbow Romance Writers, and Romance Writers of America.
Sallyanne delivered media training to non-profit and for-profit organizations, Marketing and PR for Showtime Network’s The L Word and Queer as Folk series, was a publicist for emerging artists, and produced non-profit literary, music and comedy events donating proceeds to charity, while managing her consulting firm that secured funding and facilitated strategic planning and training to over 800 clients.
Retired from a three-decade business management, grant writing, training, marketing and PR career, Sallyanne lends her expertise freely and frequently, giving back by creating dynamic partnerships and business development opportunities within our Literary Community and with mainstream and LGBTQ leaders. She’s a Board of Director (Director of Marketing) for the GCLS, the leading lesbian literary organization.
Sallyanne loves hearing from anyone who wants to share ideas for collaboration, explore future projects, leave reviews and testimonial for existing bodies of work, or who are seeking assistance of any kind, sharing resources and giving back is her passion.
Sallyanne and her wife Mickey, have four adult children, three sons-in-law, three grandchildren, and a fur baby. They live in Palm Springs, California and, Sedona, Arizona, where they hike the mountains and the Red Rocks every chance they get. In her spare time, Sallyanne composes music and plays guitar.
