I was a teenager when man landed on the moon, and I dreamed of becoming an astronaut to travel in space and visit other worlds.
After completing medical school and the residency program at the French Universite de Montreal, I worked as an attending obstetrician-gynecologist at Ste-Justine’s hospital in Montreal for 8 years. Then I moved to the United States and worked 2 years in an underprivileged area in North Carolina and later moved to South Carolina where I still reside. After a successful career as an Ob/Gyn, I divide my time between my four children and seven grandchildren and my passion for reading and writing science-fiction and fantasy.
My first novel published July 2020, I Am Sheffrou: An Alien Love Story, is an erotic sci-fi fantasy romance, part one of a trilogy. The second novel, book 2 of the Sheffrou Trilogy, Sheffrou Betrayed: The Color of Treason, is a sci-fi romance thriller published in April 2022. The conclusion of the trilogy, Claimed by the Sheffrou, is planned for late 2023.
I have been an active member of the South Carolina Writers Association for 10 years and participate in the Surfside Chapter critique group and the virtual Sci-fi Fantasy group. I would love to be involved more closely with the Imaginarium Convention as a panelist.
Born in Montreal, I live in South Carolina and enjoy nature photography, and traveling to faraway places. If you look closely, you will see me riding my recumbent tricycle around the neighborhood or working in my bee and butterfly friendly garden.
