Donald Guillory is an historian, Veteran and graduate of Georgia Southern University and Arizona State where he earned degrees in International Studies (BA), History(BA/MA), Education (MEd), and Liberal Studies (MLSt). His areas of interest are Social, Cultural, and Political History in the United States and Latin America.
Donald Guillory is the author of “The Token Black Guide” which discusses experiences and perspectives (historical and personal) on race, “Bastards of the Bayou,” a thriller set in Louisiana, “Magnolia Lane,” a horror story set on a plantation outside of New Orleans.
His current works in progress are “Dark Water,” and “Sundown.” His fictional works focus on merging history and horror. Donald R. Guillory is also the co-host of TheNecronomi.com, a podcast discussing the social commentary in horror.
