Herschel Zahnd is an actor, director, and producer with over two decades of experience spanning theater, film, television, and music. His stage work includes standout performances as David Frost in Frost/Nixon, the Demon Barber in Sweeney Todd, and both Annas and Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar.
As the founder of Renegade Art Productions, Herschel has led the production of hundreds of commercials, music videos, short films, documentaries, and pilots. His work has appeared on Bravo, TLC, and in collaborations with clients like Forbes Magazine, Maker’s Mark, and Time Inc.
Outside of the spotlight, Herschel is a passionate vocalist—touring for over 15 years as “Young Blue Eyes,” performing classic hits from the Great American Songbook.
