Award-winning author Dr. John Bukowski is a former veterinary practitioner, health researcher, and medical writer who now writes short fiction and fast-paced novels, including Project Suicide (www.projectsuicidenovel.com) and Checkout Time (www.checkouttimenovel.com). Project Suicide won third place at the 2024 BookFest Awards. Checkout Time won second place at BookFest and was a 2024 finalist for both the Silver Falchion and Imadjinn awards. His newest novels, Bad Pennies (a sequel to Project Suicide) and The Peeper are set for release by mid 2025. He has also authored nineteen published short stories and a variety of consumer materials, including handbooks, website content, and radio scripts.

He has extensive public speaking experience on theatrical stage, radio, television, podcasts, workshops, and seminars. He has been a workshop leader and panelist at Imaginarium in 2023 and 2024.
