Originally from St. Louis, Marlene calls Louisville, Kentucky home. She is a wife, mother and grandmother who spends most of her day creating new and fascinating characters for her novels. Her creativity also lends itself to her art work and many creative projects. Marlene worked in the veterinary field for over thirty years and still takes care of orphaned and injured animals.
When it comes to her writing she is constantly changing genres. “I got a late start in my writing career so I want to write about all the subjects that interest me. So far she has written 13 novels that cover everything from chilling murders mysteries, romance and Appalachia. She is an award winning author with a flair for character development that comes through loud and clear in her wonderful novels.
